Production will begin when payment is received. Production can take up to 4 weeks. Allow for up to 6 weeks for delivery. If prints arrive damaged, please notify Jocelyn Outdoors Photography within 7 days. Prints damaged by shipment will be replaced for no fee.
Client Usage Rights/Copyrights: The photographs produced by Jocelyn Outdoors Photography/Jocelyn Dowdy are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without explicit written permission. It is a breach of this contract to reproduce the images in any form unless rights were purchased within the package for those images.
By purchasing you agree to all the terms and conditions. Any amendments made to this contract must be agreed upon by all parties involved, in writing.
