About the Photographer

Hi, I'm Jocelyn! I'm an award-winning photographer who loves the outdoors. In 2016, I started hiking in the surrounding areas of Las Vegas, NV. I quickly fell in love with the beauty of nature there. I thought the camera on my cellphone was not enough to capture what I wanted to share. That is when I bought my first DSLR camera. I wanted to develop my skills, so I enrolled at the College of Southern Nevada to pursue a photography degree. I transferred to Southern New Hampshire University and have a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Photography.

I currently live in Big Bear Lake, CA. I relocated to California in 2021 after almost a decade in Las Vegas, NV. This has allowed me to explore new areas and create new images. I love to travel to remote wildernesses and capture the beauty I find. The Eastern Sierra has my heart and is my favorite place to explore.
